Question 1

How long do lash extensions last?

Accepted Answer

Extensions shed with your natural lashes. Some may last several weeks, but fullness varies with your lash cycle, the set and aftercare. A full-looking set usually needs regular fills rather than waiting until every extension has shed.

Question 2

How often should I book a lash fill?

Accepted Answer

Many clients plan fills about every 2–3 weeks. Your own lash cycle and retention may need a different interval. Ask Rylee about timing and whether your remaining lashes qualify for a fill.

Question 3

Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

Accepted Answer

It is best to skip mascara on extensions, particularly volume fans. Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based removers. If you want to use mascara, ask Rylee which products are compatible with your specific set.

Question 4

How long does gel polish wear?

Accepted Answer

Gel polish commonly wears around two weeks, although your nails, daily activities and aftercare affect the result. Do not peel or pick it off; arrange safe removal or maintenance when needed.

Question 5

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Please check with Rylee before visiting without an appointment. Book an available time through Square; an inquiry alone does not reserve a spot.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Ask Rylee which payment methods are accepted before your appointment.

Question 7

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Check the terms when booking through Square, or ask Rylee about deposits before confirming your appointment.

Question 8

What if I need to cancel or arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Contact Rylee as soon as possible if your plans change. Check your booking terms for cancellation or late-arrival conditions.

Question 9

How do I choose between classic, hybrid and volume lashes?

Accepted Answer

Classic gives a defined look, hybrid blends definition with texture, and volume offers a fuller finish. The best choice also depends on the health of your natural lashes and your preferences.

Question 10

What should I do if my eyes or nails become irritated?

Accepted Answer

Stop using products that may be irritating the area and seek advice from a qualified health professional. Eye pain, swelling, discharge or changes in vision need prompt medical attention. Do not pull off extensions or enhancements yourself.
