AT HOME

Lash
aftercare.

General guidance only. Always follow the personalised instructions for the products used at your appointment.

  1. Keep them clean

Gently cleanse lashes and eyelids with a cleanser recommended for your extensions. Rinse carefully and pat dry; do not rub or tug.

  2. Be gentle

Avoid picking, pulling, rubbing your eyes or using mechanical lash curlers. Brush gently with a clean spoolie when lashes are dry.

  3. Choose compatible products

Skip waterproof mascara and oily products around the lash bonds. Confirm makeup and remover compatibility with Rylee.

  4. Follow your adhesive instructions

Water, steam and heat restrictions depend on the adhesive used. Follow the instructions given at your appointment rather than assuming one waiting period fits every set.

  5. Maintain, don’t remove at home

Ask about fill timing and professional removal. If you develop irritation, stop using suspected products and seek medical advice; eye pain or vision changes need prompt attention.

AT HOME

Nail
aftercare.

General guidance only. Always follow the personalised instructions for the products used at your appointment.

  1. Protect your set

Wear gloves for cleaning and washing dishes. Use tools—not your nails—to open cans, scrape labels or pry objects.

  2. Moisturise regularly

Use cuticle oil and hand moisturiser to care for the skin around your nails. Avoid products that irritate your skin.

  3. Never pick or peel

Do not peel gel polish, glue down lifting product or pull off enhancements. Arrange professional removal or a repair to avoid damaging your natural nails.

  4. Watch for changes

Keep nails clean and dry. Contact Rylee about lifting or breakage; pain, swelling or signs of infection should be checked by a health professional.

  5. Plan your maintenance

Ask Rylee when to return for your specific service. Wear time depends on your natural nails, length, activities and aftercare.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Getting ready.

  • Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup for a lash appointment. Bring glasses so contact lenses can be removed if advised.
  • Share known adhesive or product allergies, sensitivities and previous reactions before treatment. Ask whether a patch test is appropriate.
  • Bring inspiration photos and mention existing extensions or enhancements, especially work done elsewhere.
  • For a gel manicure, consider broad-spectrum SPF 30+ on your hands or opaque fingerless protective gloves, as recommended by dermatologists.
  • Avoid shaving your legs immediately before a pedicure. Postpone treatment and seek advice if the area is painful, inflamed or infected.
